Earthworm Front End

The Earthworm Front End (EWFE) is a cross-platform open source graphical user interface remote administration tool for the Earthworm Earthquake monitoring package. The "Basic" version that allows you to monitor a single Earthworm installation is free.

  • Monitor the health of your Earthworm modules at-a-glance.
  • Edit and deploy changes to module configuration files, without being logged into the server
  • Stop, start or restart modules
  • See data flowing through a ring
  • Watch log files update
  • Quickly see a problem in your system by quick access to the most recent error logs

  • Free download is here for Windows which should work on 64 and 32 bit systems. Earthworm Front End also works on Unix. Contact ISTI if you'd like us to build you a free version  for your Unix operating system. Solaris, Mac OSX and many flavors of Linux (Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, RedHat, etc.) are available.

  

 

With the Earthworm Front End Pro:

  • You can manage multiple Earthworm installations simultaneously, as well as see the "graphical view"
  • With the Graphi Easily understand the relationship between modules, memory rings and the earthworm "mega-module" or "sausage".
