Rover Bluetooth Setup
The setup process for bluetooth on a Pocket PC.
Turn on the bluetooth device.
Select the Windows button at the the top left of the screen.
Select the Settings button at the bottom of the menu.

Click on the Connections tab.
Tap the Bluetooth button and select Turn on Bluetooth.
Go into the Devices tab, and tap Add new device....
Select your GPS model and click Next.
Enter in the Passcode for your GPS model (0000 for Deluo) and click Next.
Select Serial Port and then click next.
Tap New outgoing Port.
Select the device you want to use and click Next.
Select the Port you want to use from the drop down box, and then click Finish.
Your final screen should look like this:
